Kara Gruss, Director of Business Development, TSKP Studio
From 2009-2010 Kara served as President for the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Connecticut Chapter. She continues to provide support as a leader in this industry by currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Construction Institute and Chairing the Construction Institute’s Education Committee. She is a longstanding member of SMPS and is proud to be giving back to the community by serving as a mentor in SMPS’s Mentorship Program.

Lindsey (Siragusa) Mathieu, Owner, Golden Egg Concepts
Lindsey is the owner of Golden Egg Concepts, an integrated marketing communications firm serving clients in the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. A graduate of Boston University’s Communications program, she has held coordinator, manager and director-level marketing and business development positions throughout the course of her career in the built environment at Tectonic Engineering & Surveying Consultants, BL Companies and KBE Building Corporation. During the height of the recession in 2010, she seized an opportunity to start her specialized consulting business and currently serves a diverse range of clients nationwide. Lindsey was recognized by the Hartford Business Journal as a member of the “Forty Under 40″ class [2014]. She is a past speaker and contributing author for the Society for Marketing Professional Services. She serves on the Business Advisory Board for Three Rivers Community College in Norwich, CT and actively volunteers with Connecticut Draft Horse Rescue and Northeast Coonhound Rescue.

Kathy Nanowski, Vice President, Director of Marketing and Business Development, Fuss & O'Neill
Kathy has played a lead role in transforming the Fuss & O’Neill’s marketing and sales practices at the firm, instituting consistent, proactive approaches to relationship-based business development. Recently made both an owner and appointed to the Board of Directors, Kathy helps identify new opportunities and works directly with all levels of staff to bring in new business. She is a sought-after contributor to written content for both the Marketer and PSMJ journals. She recently completed a term as President of the Connecticut Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services and now services on the Board of Connecticut Main Street.

Lee Sullivan, President, Lion's Head Cost Consultants, Inc.
President and founder of Lion’s Head Cost Consultants, Inc., Lee Sullivan combines forty years of experience in the construction industry with a drive to learn the latest technological tools. She has held a variety of positions with nationally-ranked general contractors and construction managers, which has broadened her understanding of market forces and client requirements. In addition, she has a strong background in scheduling, estimating, cost control and forecasting, and is skilled at proposals, presentations and client relations.
