She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate training and educational services working for The Travelers, Hartford Insurance Company, CIGNA and Untapped Potential. Jean has a passion for enhancing employee performance in the workplace and beyond. She has served a variety of clients, customizing educational sessions to meet customer needs. Her areas of expertise include corporate communications, change management, transitioning back to work, negotiation skills, team building, conflict management, and executive coaching. She has a Master’s of Science Degree in Corporate and Technical Communications from Rensselaer at Hartford and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from Marquette University. She believes that small adjustments making a huge difference in life and is a true lifelong learner.
